Create GOKb Provider Documentation

Once you've located and evaluated the title list you plan to upload to GOKb, you will need to document them on this wiki so that others can benefit from the information you've collected.

Steps

Step 1: Create a provider page

• Go to the GOKb Provider Profiles page and confirm that your provider is not already listed.
• Click the "Create" button at the top of the page.
• Create a blank page and name it "[Provider name] Provider Page."
• Open the GOKb Provider Template and copy a blank form.
• Paste the form into the new provider page.
• Fill out the form and add any notes based on the information you've already gathered.

Step 2: Add your provider to the master list

• Navigate back to GOKb Provider Profiles and click the "Edit" button at the top of the page.
• Add your provider to the table and fill in each field.
• Use the link button at the top of the page to link the name of the provider to the new provider page you created in Step 1.
• Save the page.
