Staff notices
ReShare supports several staff notices to help alert staff when new Host LMS locations, shelving locations and patron profiles are added to a tenant’s configuration.
These staff notices and templates are part of ReShare so libraries do not need to create them themselves. Libraries may choose to activate or deactivate these notices as needed.
When any of these staff notices is enabled, an email indicating a new addition to the table will be sent to the main email address configured in the institution’s root Directory entry.
Types of staff notices
New host LMS location: This notice is sent when a new Host LMS location has been added to the Host LMS locations table. By default, this notice is turned on.
New host LMS shelving location: This notice is sent when a new Host LMS shelving location has been added to the Host LMS shelving locations table. By default, this notice is turned on.
New patron profile: This notice is sent when a new Host LMS patron profile has been added to the Host LMS patron profiles table. By default this notice is turned off.
