User Involvement

Purpose 

The design of user interfaces is a continuous process, with many iterations of wire-framing, development, user feedback, revisions, QA, and enhancements.

Kuali OLE partners will be included throughout the process:

• Iterative Design and Improvement
• Functional Specification development (see: OLE Spec Writing & Requirements Analysis)
• Wireframing, mockups and prototyping with Project Team, Spec Team, and SME Team (see:OLE Wireframe Templates )
• Reviews of coding progress
• User Testing (see: Acceptance Criteria, Test Scripts & Testing)
• Focus Groups, Feedback for UX
  • Usability Survey (Research by Purdue University, and available compliments of STC/Society for Technical Communications)
