OLE User Interface - Interaction Model

Purpose 

OLE will revise and formalize an approach to user interface design, developing a User Interface & Interaction Model (UIIM) including standards for interface design, and user experience. The "extended interface design" could go beyond the system's basic controls and feedback to include manuals, on-line help, training packages, and customer support.
