Upcoming OLE Face to Face Meeting - Chicago Illinois Aug 16-17, 2012
Dates: August 16th and 17th, 2012
Location: Chicago Illinois
Meeting Place: Big Ten Conference Center, 1500 West Higgins Road, Park Ridge, IL 60068
Hotel: Chicago Marriott O'Hare, 8535 W. Higgins Road, (773) 693-4444. It is the closest hotel to the Big Ten Center. However, it is a 2-block walk without sidewalks and has shuttle service to and from O'Hare airport. To receive the Big Ten special negotiated rate at this Marriott and other Marriott hotels in the O'Hare airport area, you may go to http://cwp.marriott.com/chiap/bigtenconferenceahare/ and click on the hotel of your choice. You will need to show your campus ID card on check-in. The O’Hare Marriott now also has secured parking with a fee. The current rates may be found on the hotel web site.
Expenses for the Functional Council and QA face to face must be covered by the participation institution. If questions please contact Project Manager, Patty Mescher.
