Brain storming the process…

• document cases in a spreadsheet that everyone can access and update

• training session to bring customers into fold of process and reporting pass/fail

• documentation of the process (flowchart and written form)

• all customers create or use their own records in test cases with addition of expected outcomes for record cluster

• Clustering…have Ian do a video – write out the steps

• Search…have Tim or Ian do a video – write out the steps
