Printing + Searching
Pull slips can be printed using the ‘Actions-->Print Pull Slips' command, either as a batch print from the Supply app page or individually from the Flow view of an open request.
Image RemovedUsers can click the “Actions” button found in the top-right corner to find the appropriate pull slip printing actions.
Image AddedDepending on your current screen in the tenant, this action will look and behave differently.
Printing a single pull slip:
From the main Supply screen listing all of your supplying requests, select and open the request whose pull slip you would like to print
Once in the request, select “Print pull slip” from the “Actions” menu
The command will open a pdf; use your computer's print command to print the slip out to the printer of your choice.
Printing multiple pull slips:
From the main Supply screen listing all of your supplying requests, use the Search and Filter sidebar to limit the listed requests to only the requests whose pull slips you would like to print
Example: In the ReShare Supplying workflow, the Awaiting pull slip printing state is used when a request has been given to your institution to fill, the ReShare autoresponder determines that a copy in an active supplying location is available, and the pull slip has yet to be printed for a first time. Select the Awaiting pull slip printing state in the Search & Filter sidebar to display only items in this state.

Once you have appropriately filtered this list, select “Print pull slips” from the “Actions” menu.
The command will open a pdf; use your computer's print command to print the slips out to the printer of your choice.
NOTE: Selecting “Print pull slips” from the main Supply screen prior to applying any filters will result in pull slips being printed for all supplying requests in your ReShare tenant. This includes both first prints and reprints.
Updating Requests
Once the books have been pulled from the stacks, open each request in ReShare to update the status.
Requests can be opened from the Supply App view, or the request number can be scanned from the paperwork into the search field.
Scan your local item barcode to update the request in ReShare. If NCIP is enabled, an NCIP message will be sent to your ILS to check out the item there. The status will change to Awaiting Shipping, and a new empty field will appear.
Scan the request ID. This status will change to Shipped. From here, the requesting library will complete the next processing steps.
Completing Requests
When you receive the book back from the borrowing library, open the request from the Supply App view or by searching the request number or local item barcode into the search field.
Scan the request ID to complete the request. Completing the request in ReShare should also trigger an NCIP call to check in the item in your ILS.
Route the book for reshelving according to your local processes.
