About Us

The ReShare Subject Matter Expert (SME) Team is responsible for determining the detailed functional requirements and user stories that will drive the project. The team is made up of resource sharing librarians with deep expertise in day-to-day workflows and a vision for how this area of librarianship can be evolved.

SME Team members are specifically responsible for:

• Meeting regularly with product owner, UX Lead, and developers
• Describing existing and desired workflows, sharing documentation, and providing use cases
• Occasionally participating in focused sub-groups to explore a particular workflow or feature in depth
• Reviewing UX sketches and prototypes to ensure they meet usability and functionality requirements and providing feedback to UX designer
• Performing user acceptance testing on ReShare software and providing feedback to product owner and developers

Membership

Each ReShare partner will suggest membership for the SME team(s), but these teams are also open to participation from individuals not representing any partner organization. For more information about participating on this team, please contact:(convener).
