Setting Polaris Consortial Borrowing Location

Define a responder location for DCB
OpenRS will need to be set up to use a particular branch location. Let the OpenRS implementation team know the organization ID of a branch your library can dedicate to MOBIUS circulation. This branch can be the same branch used for Interlibrary Loan, or it can be a dedicated OpenRS branch. The branch will need to be fully functional as a pickup location. It must be listed as a Responder branch for all other branches in the Holds Routing Sequences Primary or Secondary table. (see screenshot).
Configure existing locations for consortial borrowing
In the Holds Options (Administration - Parameters - Request - Holds options - Pickup Tab), it can be excluded from the PAC, but it needs to be available to the staff client. If it is selected as a branch to exclude from the PAC, be sure that 'Exclude selected branches in staff client' is not selected. (See screenshot)
