RB0003: Keycloak login link shows "please try logging on with a different user"

When: A user (E.G. administrative user) tries to log on to the admin system via keycloak, and instead of showing a login modal, keycloak gives a “Try logging on as a different user”.

This error suggests that the OAuth Client has not been configured to allow client authentcation or authorization.

The following capabilities should be enabled for the client.
