This review task is generated if a package is created in OpenRefine without a content provider being populated. Currently, this review task is being generated every time you use OpenRefine to create a new package record, because the provider field will not be populated until you actually ingest the data or set it manually. (Note: We are aware this review request is not very useful and a fix has been requested.)
Solution
Populate the provider field through an OpenRefine ingest

- From the review request screen, navigate to the package record.
- Choose the correct provider from the dropdown drop-down menu.
- Click the blue check box to save.
- Close the review request.
