Steps

Step 1: Save your file to Dropbox

• Locate a current provider title list file using the instructions found on the GOKb Provider Profiles page.
• If there is no provider page available, use the GOKb Data Collection tutorial to locate provider data and create a page.
• Save the file you're about to work with the GOKb Dropbox folder found at Dropbox\GOKb\Data\Title list\Provider name\Year.
• Use the format: Organization Name Package Name YYYYMMDD

• Open OpenRefine and log into the GOKb extension.
• Choose "Create Project" from the left-hand menu.
• Click "Browse" and locate the file you want to work with. OpenRefine accepts many file formats; the most common ones will be .csv, .tsv, .txt, and .xslx.
• Click "Next."
