Notes | - OUP issues a single file for all collections. See the special instructions below for more details on how to process this file.
- File includes coverage dates for HTML and PDF access. The PDF access always includes more coverage, so use this to determine access dates. The HTML coverage column can be deleted.
- File includes Open Access information. Titles with a value of "Mixed" can be marked as HybridOA. Functionality for marking titles as PureOA is coming soon.

Special Instructions
- Use the macro found here to split the volume, number, and date information into three separate columns.
- Process the other error an warning messages normally, except for the package name error.
- Apply the following procedure to the Oxford Journals Archive Collection and Oxford Journals Collection columns:
- Use Edit Column>Split into Several Columns feature to separate multiple collection names. The separator is a plus sign "+".
- Create a text facet for each column, including the new ones you've just created.
- Rename each cell to the appropriate package name using the faceted values.
- Rearrange your columns so that all of the columns you've created are next to each other and at the right-most end of the spreadsheet.
- Using the menu for any one of these columns, select Transpose>Transpose columns across rows.
- In the "From" column, select the first of your package name columns.
- In the "To" column, select the last of your package name columns.
- Choose the radio button for "One column" and enter "package.name" as the column name. Check the "Fill down" box.
- Click "Transpose"
- This will create a new row for each title each time it appears in a different package.
