DCB-ADR-0005 Use Hazelcast to coordinate multiple instances of DCB service
ReShare-DCB needs to be able to run multiple instances in order to scale out horizontally. It also needs to coordinate long running harvest jobs amongst the running members of the cluster. The team will use hazelcast as a means of sharing state between running instances of the module.
