OLE 1.0 Milestone Release Project Plan

As we continue the 1.0 QA efforts, details of the project development are listed below.
Summary of efforts:
- QA efforts are in full force across all modules.
- The code freeze is occurring in two phases:
- Describe, Deliver, Select and Acquire were first. Multiple bugs have already been corrected, testing continue.
- Systems Integration is a little behind. Testing is taking place but there are a few items with coding being finalized.
- Documentation framework has been established, this will allow for online help available from within the application.
- Scope for 1.5 is under review with only a few remaining specifications left to complete.
