- Go to the GOKb web interface
- Live: httphttps://gokb.kualiopenlibraryfoundation.org/gokb
- Test: httptps://gokb-test.k-int.com/gokb/openlibraryfoundation.org
- Search for the relevant organization (check for name variants and abbreviations as well as the full name)
- If you find the relevant organization
- Click on the organisation name or the 'Show' button
- Check to see if they already have a role of "Content Provider"
- If they do, they should appear in the list of Content Providers in Refine - check again, and report it as a bug if it is not there
- If they do not, look for the "Content Provider" role in the drop down menu, select it, and click the 'Add' button
- If you do not find the relevant organization
- You must be an Adminstrator to create a new organization. If you are not an Adminstrator, please contact someone in your organization who is.
- Use 'Create' -> 'Org' to create a new Organization
- Fill in the details you have available (at minimum the Name)
- Save the record
- Search for the Organization via the Search -> Organization menu
- Add the role of "Content Provider" as described above
