- Note that this macro will only work if you are beginning with a KBART formatted file.
It will also rename the other KBART standard columns. - Open the Rename KBART columns to GOKb columns macro.
- Copy the code found on the page beginning with the first open bracket and ending with the last close bracket.
- In OpenRefine, switch to the Undo/Redo tab.
- Click "Apply" and copy the code from the wiki page into the text box.
- Click "Perform operations."
- Change back to the Errors tab and verify that this error has disappeared.Note that this macro will also rename the other KBART standard columns
Rename a column manually
- Open the quick resolution menu by clicking on the wrench icon in the upper right corner of the warning message, and selecting "Quick Resolution."
- Choose "Rename a column."
- A dropdown menu will appear listing all of the columns already in your project.
- Choose the one that contains coverage start dates and click "rename."
- The warning message should disappear.
