- Use the macro found here to split the volume, number, and date information into three separate columns.
- Process the other error an warning messages normally, except for the package name error.
- Apply the following procedure to the Oxford Journals Archive Collection and Oxford Journals Collection columns:
- Use Edit Column>Split into Several Columns feature to separate multiple collection names. The separator is a plus sign "+".
- Create a text facet for each column, including the new ones you've just created.
- Rename each cell to the appropriate package name using the faceted values.
- Rearrange your columns so that all of the columns you've created are next to each other and at the right-most end of the spreadsheet.
- Using the menu for any one of these columns, select Transpose>Transpose columns across rows.
- In the "From" column, select the first of your package name columns.
- In the "To" column, select the last of your package name columns.
- Choose the radio button for "One column" and enter "package.name" as the column name. Check the "Fill down" box.
- Click "Transpose"
- This will create a new row for each title each time it appears in a different packageUse the "Transpose" feature in OpenRefine to create a line on the spreadsheet for each package that a title appears in.
