ZFL - Request "stuck" in a status

Description

Due to several errors at the beginning and a subsequent operating error in the ILL Request app, a library in ZFL now have a request that is stuck in the status “Aborted” 
I can't mark it as “Cancelled” because the corresponding action is missing from the menu “Actions” below the book data . Nothing is displayed at all because of the previous errors. And in the "Actions" pull down at the top right, I can only select “Edit” and “Print Pullslip”. 

We would somehow need a way to manually set the status to “Cancelled” so that the order ends up in the completed orders.

The state model for ZFL should be reviewed to ensure that a library can manually close/cancel a request from the actions pull down in the top right to address these types of issues.
