The patron request export from the data grid in MOBIUS production is struggling to export all of the records into a .csv file. While it works fine on the exception grid (3600 requests), it is failing to export all records for “all requests” and “active requests”, usually only managing about 1000 requests.

This suggests that there is a flaw in our handling of the exports that is resulting in only partial exports for grids with large amounts of data.

This ticket is to fix this behaviour and ensure that all patron requests are correctly exported from the grid when the user clicks “Export all”.

In scope

• Fix “Export all” behaviour to ensure it exports all requests.

  • Test this with numbers similar to that on MOBIUS production.

• Verify that the “Export filtered” behaviour also exports all the requests it should be exporting.
