Here is a fresh example.
I recorded a video showing an attempt to manually poll ~10 minutes after confirming DCB status of REQUEST_PLACED_AT_BORROWING_AGENCY and ~5 minutes after checkin at umsys-test and update to Calvary’s virtual item to “in-transit”

Yeah, I think that I cancelled the request. Interesting that cancellation seemed to get picked up. I have since run other tests with failures as borrower as well as borrower cancellation (see request screenshot below)
.
and here is the corresponding screenshot of the request at umsys-test
While the polling counter continues to rise, the audit log shows no evidence that it’s found anything that’s changed in the request. This cancellation took place 3 days after an minor release update to umsys-test.

After our conversation yesterday, I started investigating this
The request linked in the description was finalised on the 24th, which I think means it is no longer stuck. Does that mean this issue is resolved?
If there is further investigation you would like from me, please advise

Problem
DCB status not updated from REQUEST_PLACED_AT_BORROWING_AGENCY to PICKUP_TRANSIT when umsys-test is the supplier and has performed the checkin to set the item circulation status to In transit. This said, the corresponding virtual item circulation status in the borrowing system was updated to in transit.
Here is the request.
Please note the next automatic polling is set for 8:03pm pacific time (26 minutes from writing these words)…
I have not pressed the manual polling button. Will let whomever looks at this to manually poll if necessary.
UPDATE since 8:03pm pacific time…
Again, the state of the requests in the supplier and borrowing systems appears to be correct…
supplier (umsys-test)
borrower (calvary)
