During Import / Harvesting we are not hadling timeout / abnormal responses very well

Description

While importing Augusta University and Georgia State University we received timeouts and service unavailable errors, this meant we only received a small amount of their catalogues, I am assuming this is why the job_checkpont table gives the impression that we have successfully these catalogues, should the value in the job checkpoint change when we have either of these errors ?

Example of service unavailable from log file:

09:47:25.176 [default-nioEventLoopGroup-1-13] ERROR o.o.d.d.job.SourceRecordService - Terminating job Georgia State University Source Record Import because of Error io.micronaut.http.client.exceptions.HttpClientResponseException: HTTP 502 Service temporarily unavailable.
