SLPL items displayed in Locate DCB

Description

Problem

St. Louis County Public Library (SLOUC) shares a Polaris system with St. Louis City Public Library (SLPL). With the latest release, SLPL items are displaying in the union catalog and have been requested. Please see this sheet for examples (contains request UUID).

I tested the source of LocationID using this item record on the Polaris test system. The item field used is "assigned branch." which I derived by testing both SLPL and SLCL branches in each of the item branch location fields -- Owning, Assigned, Home. Of the three, only the Assigned Branch resulted in a change to the item display. Toggling the Assigned Branch field data between SLPL and SLCL showed SLCL and suppressed SLPL versions of the item.

STLOUIS_COUNTY_TEST is now ready in staging for SLPL LocationID item suppression testing

./processSites.sh -e staging -s SLOUC -c -r has been executed to add SLOUC to staging. Ruleset has been added but the config hasn’t changed.
