St. Louis County Library contacted us about a request for a SEMO item named "Words of Radiance" that on the SLCL had a barcode for MRRL. It looks like the patron made two requests within half an hour for the same item, which should have made these two records at SLCL:

But they instead made the one in the screenshot. The SEMO item showed up with a hold, the MRRL item had no hold but was sent.
