Occasionally we get a "HTTP 500 Internal Server Error.If the issue persists, please report it to EBSCO Connect." error from a folio system that sends the request into an error state, unfortunatly unless we are passing incorrect parameters there is not a lot we can do about this apart from flagging it up to the appropriate team at Ebsco and when they have resolved the issue, retrying the requests.
