ERROR: Patron has reached the maximum number of overdue checked out items

Description

We are getting the error “Patron has reached the maximum number of overdue checked out items” when we try and place a request on the supplier side, is there a restriction on how many items a user can borrow and has it effectively been reached ?

Attached are the requests currently in this scenario which was generated by the script maxOverdueItems.sql

DCB should ignore any virtual patron eligibility related responses from the library services platform. We only care about the borrowing library patron regarding eligibility.

Yes, there are restrictions (or should be) on OpenRS on max checkouts, but this looks more a local block on how many overdue items they can have.  I would consider this legitimate.
