Unable to authenticate for SLU patron

Description

Patron at St. Louis University is unable to authenticate. The message displayed in Locate DCB is:

"Something went wrong. Please try again or contact your Administrator."

Steps to reproduce:

SLU patron 100004056 / 5046

Click place hold on this title

Select St. Louis University from institutional affiliation list

Enter in barcode and PIN then click submit
