Undo last action performed
The undo last action performed action lets a supplier reverse the fill request action on the item barcode(s) used for lending. This allows a supplier to associate the correct item barcode(s) with a request if an incorrect item barcode or barcodes was initially used to fill a request. The undo last action performed action can be used on both single and multi-volume requests. The undo last action performed action is only present when a request is in a state of Awaiting shipping.
Action workflow
Navigate to a request that is in the Awaiting shipping state
Select the Undo last action performed action from the More options list of actions
If NCIP is disabled, the request will move to the Searching (returnables) state.
If NCIP is enabled, the undo last action performed action will use the CheckinItem message to perform a checkin of the item in the local library management system. If successful the request will move to the Searching (returnables) state.
Note: If a tenant has the “Combine supplier actions ‘fill request' and 'mark shipped’'' set, the ability to undo a filled request is not possible. Once the request changes to a state of 'Shipped' the ISO18626 protocol does not support the sending an undo message to the requester.
