  • Filtering requests by “Needs attention” now includes requests at the following states:

    • Invalid patron

    • Request over limit

    • Requires review - blank form

    • Requires review - locally available

New option to search by patron/requester identifier

  • “Requester identifier” (patron ID or barcode) has been added to the list of search options in the Search & Filter panel in the Request app and in the Supply app

NCIP Lookup User errors not shown in the Protocol Info section in the detail record

  • This corrects an omission when the logging of NCIP messages was initially implemented in ReShare 1.13

NCIP Cancel Request Item message implemented for Evergreen LMS

  • This complements the NCIP Request Item message

Adjusted autoresponder logic for Horizon LMS

  • No longer maps holding.circulations.circulation.availableThru to the Host LMS Item Loan Policies table

  • Maps both holdings.holding.shelvingData and holding.circulations.circulation.temporaryLocation to the Host LMS Item Loan Policies table

Changed the NCIP Request Item workflow

  • Instead of transitioning a request to the state of “Searching” when NCIP Request Item succeeds, the request is now left in “Awaiting Pull Slip Printing” state.

Bug Fixes

Corrected a problem with “volumes” field when NCIP Check Out Item failed

  • Previously, if "Combine supplier actions 'fill request' and 'mark shipped'" was enabled, and the NCIP Check Out Item failed, the barcode originally entered was added to the volumes field and used to fill the request.

  • After this change, the volumes field will not be populated with any barcodes if the NCIP Check Out Item action fails for any reason.

  • The volumes field will only be populated if the NCIP Check Out Item message succeeds.

Non-functional changes

  • Upgrade to Grails 5 and JDK17

  • Upgrade to kint stripes component 5.4.0
