Direct Consortia Borrowing Hub

This is the root page for the ReShare DCB Hub component.

This component aims to provide drop-in replacement implementations for existing DCB installations, specifically starting with the MOBIUS project. The project is currently in its discovery phase, and progress/findings/decisions will be recorded here. As the project moves from planning into development this page will track progress and be the default jumping-off point for other documentation.
