1. Overview

OLE License workflow is about getting access to electronic materials. The workflow starts with initiation of a license request as e-doc, negotiations and then finalizing the agreement for a particular bibliographic resource

2. Create License Request   - License Request (New)

License Request - Precursor

Creation of a new License Request document is initiated thru the requisition screen.

Framework - Requisitions are in the OLE_RICE 1.x framework

Modifications - UI Modifications as per spec.
