Description
This column allows you to ingest open access data with the package. This field is not required, but is highly desirable if the information is available. Review the file to see if there are OA details for some or all of the titles.
Solutions
Rename a column with a macro
Right-click any cell and select Apply Macro
Search for the name of the package and/or provider to locate the correct macro, or search for the KBART (generic) macro.
Click Ok to run the macro
Rename a column manually
- Open the quick resolution menu by clicking on the wrench icon in the upper right corner of the warning message, and selecting "Quick Resolution."
- Choose "Rename a column."
- A dropdown menu will appear listing all of the columns already in your project.
- Choose the one that contains embargo information and click "rename."
- The warning message should disappear.
Create a new column
- Open the quick resolution menu by clicking on the wrench icon in the upper right corner of the warning message, and selecting "Quick Resolution."
- Choose "Append a blank column."
- An empty column with the correct name will be appended at the right-most place in your project.
- You will need to manually type in the OA status for each title.
