Below illustrates organization of library experts into specification and investigation teams, organized around the primary functional areas/Process Modules of: Select & Acquire (i.e., Acquisitions), Describe/Manage (i.e., Cataloging), and Deliver with MUR (i.e., Circulation, Patrons), along with MER/Electronic Resource Management.
Above teams also allow for cross-functional teams across members for key deliverables or investigations, such as Reporting, Testing, development of services, implementation, and system integration.
