OLE 1.0 Milestone Release Project PlanUpdated 57/309/2013 As we begin our efforts on continue the 1.0 releasecoding efforts, the scope has been defined and is details of the project development are listed below. Summary of efforts: - New specifications are being drafted and development has already begun in the Describe module.
- Enhancements on previously coded items are planned to continue to improve OLE's usability and functionality.
- The Project Manager and Development Managers are working on approaches to increase efficiency.
- Developers are working on CM Compliance modifications and towards best practices for the 1.0 development environment.
- OLE will be upgraded to Java 7, efforts are underway.
- Batch processes/ingesting records are to be centralized across the modules, investigations towards this syncing effort are in progress
 Image Removed- Coding efforts continue across all modules. As they become available, SMEs are testing in the test environment.
- Acceptance criteria and test cases are nearly complete for 1.0 specifications.
- Developers continue to make strides to absorb the deficit and make the July 31st code freeze.
- Specifications are being written and finalized for 1.5.
- Unification of the OLE screens (merging Rice2 tabs with the Main Menu and Admin tabs) is in progress.
- Modifications continue to make the OLE DocStore an RDBMS, this will improve performance of the DocStore.
