OLE 1.0 Milestone Release Project PlanUpdated 78/2429/2013 As we continue the 1.0 coding QA efforts, details of the project development are listed below. Summary of efforts: - Coding efforts continue QA efforts are in full force across all modules. As they become available, SMEs are testing Jiras in the test environment.
- A code freeze is planned for mid August.
- Developers continue to make strides to absorb the deficit and make the July 31st code freeze.
- Specifications are being written and finalized for 1.5.
- Unification of the OLE screens (merging Rice2 tabs with the Main Menu and Admin tabs) has seen a lot of progress, efforts continue.

- The code freeze is occurring in two phases:
- Describe, Deliver, Select and Acquire were first. Multiple bugs have already been corrected, testing continue.
- Systems Integration is a little behind. Testing is taking place but there are a few items with coding being finalized.
- Documentation framework has been established, this will allow for online help available from within the application.
- Scope for 1.5 is under review with only a few remaining specifications left to complete.
