A story's functional spec should be "linked" to Jira. A story's Codeable spec, when complete and approved, should be attached to Jira as PDF, with jira workflow updated, and email to Patty with spec now available for coding- all handoffs to be scheduled thru Patty. Cc- HTC, SA, BA, SME Team, Tester.
